Seamless IT Equipment moves

Prior to your move our expert surveyor will assess your move and the requirements needed in order to seamlessly transition to your new location.  We will take into consideration each individual desktop environment, no matter the quantity.

Our aim is to replicate the specific configuration of each desktop environment in its new location. We will cover all the specific details such as: mouse positioning and screen positioning.

Downtime for a business is something which we look to reduce, therefore prior to the move we agree a timeframe which the move will be completed.

By ensuring that the strategic plan is followed we will be able to recommission each desktop in accordance with the relocation map for your new location.

Transportation of IT Equipment

It is extremely important that IT equipment is safeguarded during the transportation process. We use specialist crates along with custom monitor covers and anti-static bubble wrap in order to safely and professionally transport IT equipment.

Once the IT equipment has been moved to the new destination, each relevant workstation will be distributed its relevant IT equipment. Once the equipment has been moved into its new position, it will then be unwrapped and recommissioned.

During the IT moving process our committed and trained staff members will communicate and liaise with your IT and facilities team throughout each project to ensure that nothing is missed, and our preapproved strategic plan is followed.
